All returns on unaltered, unworn clothes in its original state (with tag still attached) will be refunded in the form of an exchange or store credit.
Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products, bodysuits, lace items, any item including leggings, and any swimwear.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send back to our store.

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed, verified, and ship within 5-7 business days or sooner. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/ refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
